At Locced x Loe, I'm committed to providing a reliable and professional experience for all clients. To make this possible, I have clear policies regarding deposits, cancellations, lateness, and behavior during appointments. Refund Policy - the basics

Deposits (Non-Refundable)
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless Loe says otherwise. That includes all but not limited to;
-
Cancellations
-
Rescheduling
-
No-Shows
-
Arriving late beyond the grace period
-
Policy violations
-
Behavior-related appointments cancellations
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their appointment at any time; however;

Deposits will not be refunded
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will resulf in 50% of the service total being charged
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% of the service being charged and you will be banned from booking.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed 1 time per appointment and must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposits do not transfer if you are rescheduling within 48 hours. A new deposit is required

Multiple reschedules will require a new deposit each time and after 3 consecutive reschedules you will be banned from booking.
4. Late Arrivals
There is a 15 minute grace period unless Loe has communicated differently. After this window;

Your appointment may be cancelled

Your deposit will be forfeited
-
You may be charged a late/cancellation fee
Please arrive with your child (if applicable) in control, calm, and prepared for the service.
5. Refund on Services
All services are final once you leave out of the chair unless decided differently by Loe. Refunds are NOT issued for:

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Changes of mind
-
Not liking the style after leaving the salon

Contacting social media before speaking to Loe
However if there is a technical issue with the work ( i.e. unraveling, improper installation and etc ) you must notify the stylist within 48 hours to request a ONE time touch up, if approved. lF the matter is taken to social media before giving the chance to solve the issue Loe has the right to deny the refund and touch up.
6. Style Requirements & Extra Charges
This policy covers all appointments and packages discussed, including braids, knotless, box braids and etc.

Additional length beyond mid-back/butt length or added boho pieces will incur extra charges due at the time of the appointment.

Styles must match the description at the time of booking; changes on the day of appointment may affect pricing or service availability

Deposits remain non-refundable if the appointment cannot proceed due to style change.
7. Children's Behavior Policy (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)
I love working with kids, but maintaining a safe, calm, and respectful environment is mandatory.
If a child is:

Disrespectful
-
Physically aggressive
-
Extremely uncooperative
-
Refusing to sit still to the point where the service cannot be safely or reasonable performed
The appointment will be cancelled immediately.
The deposit will be forfeited
No refunds or credits will be issued.
If behavior poses a risk to the child, Loe, or other clients, services will not continue and child will be banned from booking.
8. No-show Policy
A no-show is defined as:

failing to arrive
-
Arriving more than 15 mins late
-
Arriving unprepared ( hair not washed/ detangled if required by style)
-
Bringing children or guest who violate safety/behavior rules or has not been cleared to come to the appointment.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance and blocked from future booking until paid.
9.Right to Refuse Service
Locced x Loe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including but not limited to:

Policy violations
-
Disrespectful behavior from clients (including children)
-
Hygiene concerns
-
Safety concerns
Refunds are not provided when service is refused due to client behavior.
