Terms & Conditions

Applies to all services provided by Loe. 

• Hair condition- Hair must be free of heavy buildup, gels, sprays, or excessive dirt. Severe tangling, matting, or buidup may require a detox or clarifying wash at an additional fee. If it is not discussed or booked before appointment time, Loe does have the right to cancel the appointment and keep the deposit. 

• Timing- If you are more than 15 mins late, a late fee may apply based off stylist. If you are more than 30 mins late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited (based off stylist discretion).

• No additional guests will be permitted during your scheduled appointment time unless approved in advance by the stylist. 

• The correct style must be booked. If the client wishes to change style, length, color during the appointment, it is at Loe's discretion whether the changes can be made. If client cancels due to not being able to make the change, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

• Must be done in 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. 

• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules will forfeit your deposit and may ban you from booking with Loe. 

Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of the service. If at the time of payment, the full payment cannot be made, a police report will be made and further ligation will be enforced. You will also be banned from booking with Loe in the future.

• Accepted payments methods will be listed on the booking site. 

• Prices are subject to change at any time. 

Crown Coin Rewards 

By joining the Locced x Loe LoeYalty Rewards program, you agree to the following: ​

Earning Coins ​

• Clients earn 1 Crown coin for every 1$ spent on services and packages

• Extra coins may be earned through promotions, referrals, birthdays, or social media activity

• Coins may take up to 24-48 hours to appear in your account. 

Redeeming Coins

• Crown coins can be redeemed for discounts, free add-ons, free services, or upgrades based on the reward tier. 

• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash. 

• Coins may not be combined with current promotions unless stated otherwise.  

• If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, you will lose your crown coins from the appointment. 

Expiration 

• Crown coins do not expire as long as you have at least one booking every 6 months. 

• Inactive accounts may reset to zero. 

Locced x Loe reserves the right to update, pause, or modify the program at any time. 

Photos & Content 

• Loe may take photos/videos of your hair for marketing purposes

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify stylist before your appointment starts. 

Healthy & Safety 

• Clients must arrive in good health and free of contagious conditions,

• If Loe determines that a service cannot safely be performed, the appointment may be refused and deposit forfeited. 

• If at anytime, Loe feels unsafe/threatened she is allowed to cancel appointment and 50% of the remaining total is due and you will be banned from booking. 

General Liability 

• Loe is not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare, neglect, or lack of maintenance.

• Style longevity varies based on hair type, lifestyle, and upkeep. 

Children's Appointment 

• Children's appointment must be approved before booking, ONLY ACCEPTED FOR CHILDREN 5-11

• Loe has the right to cancel a child's appointment mid service is the child is obsessively loud, crying or disrespectful. 

• If appointment has been cancelled for one of the above reasons 50% of remaining balance will be due at the time or a police report will be filed. 

• Child must be picked up within an hour of contact or else the police will be called. 

• Loe reserved the right to take any electronics during appointments if they interfere with being able to give the best service. 

• Loe has the right to ban children from future bookings if appointment has to be cancelled after it has started. 

• If a child is booked for an adult style, the appointment can be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. 

• If the wrong style is booked, Loe has the right to cancel/reschedule the appointment and the deposit will be forfeited & a new one will be required at time of booking.  

Agreement 

By booking an appointment or doing business with Locced x Loe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. ​If any issues occur during appointment or dissatisfaction after style has been completed, client must reach out to Loe first to resolve the issue. If issue is presented to social media first Loe reserves the right to not refund, or further discuss the issue.
